Sales performance data is sensitive — it is about named people and their pay. This page sets out what we do with it, in plain terms, and what we deliberately do not collect.
Data in transit and at rest
All traffic to and from the service runs over TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms. Workspace data stays scoped to your workspace and is never pooled across customers.
What we collect, and what we do not
We handle the activity and pipeline data needed to score a leaderboard: rep identifiers, activity events, deal stage movements and values. We do not collect message contents, call recordings or browsing behaviour, and we do not sell data to anyone under any circumstances.
Integration access is scoped to the minimum needed to read the objects the scoring model uses. Each integration page lists exactly which objects those are — see the integrations hub.
Access control
Workspace access is role-based: administrators configure scoring and competitions, while reps see boards. On the Scale plan, SSO and SCIM provisioning let you manage access from your existing identity provider, so joiners and leavers are handled by the systems you already run.
Portability and deletion
Your data is exportable at any time in a structured format, so leaving is a decision rather than a project. On request we delete workspace data and confirm when it is done.
Certifications
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. This page will name any formal certification only once it has been issued, with the date. If a compliance review needs documentation of our controls before that point, write to us and we will answer specifically rather than pointing at a badge.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, email hello@salesgamification.io with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge, investigate and tell you what we found. Please give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.
Frequently asked questions
Where is our data stored?+
Workspace data is stored encrypted and scoped to your workspace. If you have a specific data-residency requirement, write to us before you sign up and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
Do you use our data to train models?+
No. Your team's activity and pipeline data is used to run your workspace and nothing else. It is not pooled with other customers' data and it is not used as training material.
Can we restrict what the integration reads?+
Yes. Access is scoped to the objects the scoring model needs, and each integration page lists them explicitly. If your model does not use a particular object, it does not need to be in scope.
What happens to our data if we leave?+
Export it at any time in a structured format, then ask us to delete the workspace and we will confirm when it is done. There is no retention period you have to wait out.
