The tools and content on salesgamification.io are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You're responsible for how you apply them within your organization — including compliance with your company's policies and local employment law when running contests and incentive programs.

No warranties

Tools and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calculator outputs are planning estimates, not financial, legal or tax advice. Because tool data is stored only in your browser, we cannot recover data you clear or lose — use the Export feature for backups.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sales Gamification is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
