Agreement

These terms govern your use of Sales Gamification at salesgamification.io. By using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

The service

Sales Gamification provides sales gamification software: AI onboarding, scoring models, leaderboards, competitions, display modes and integrations, as described on this site.

Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you put into the service and for having a lawful basis to provide data about your team members. You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, or resell access without agreement. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches, and will tell you why.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Plans and prices are published at /pricing. Billing is monthly. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Price changes will be notified in advance and will not apply to a period already paid for.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where practical. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Editorial content

Comparisons, the Pricing Index and guides on this site are published for information. Every competitor figure is read from that vendor's own published material and dated, in line with our methodology. Pricing changes, so verify anything you intend to rely on commercially. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may terminate for material breach of these terms, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where the breach is capable of remedy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified and the date above updated.
