SalesScreen alternatives in 2026

Teams leave SalesScreen for three main reasons: the headline ai is a paid add-on, salesforce is a gated premium connector, and seat floors and annual commitment. The strongest alternatives are Sales Gamification for teams that want the programme designed rather than configured, and — depending on what you need — Spinify or Ambition. Every figure below was read from vendor sources on 24 July 2026.

The reasons

Why teams look past SalesScreen

1

The headline AI is a paid add-on

SalesScreen markets itself as AI-powered, but as of July 2026 Scout AI is listed under available add-ons at $5 per user per month and is not available on the Essentials tier at all. The capability in the headline is not the capability in the entry plan.

2

Salesforce is a gated premium connector

Salesforce is excluded from Essentials, available as an add-on on Scale, and limited to one premium integration on Pro. For a team whose pipeline lives in Salesforce, that changes the real price of the plan.

3

Seat floors and annual commitment

Scale requires at least ten seats and Pro at least fifteen, on an annual contract. A seven-rep team is pushed to Essentials, which is the tier that excludes both Scout AI and Salesforce.

Which to choose

Straight answers, both directions

There are situations where SalesScreen is the better choice. Here they are.

Choose SalesScreen if

  • You want per-rep baseline analysis specifically and are happy to pay the add-on for it.
  • You need ISO 27001 and a CSM who builds your first competitions for you.
  • Your team is Nordic or European and benefits from its regional connectors.

Choose Sales Gamification if

  • You want the AI included rather than surcharged, on every plan.
  • Your pipeline is in Salesforce and you would rather not pay a premium-connector fee to use it.
  • You have fewer than ten reps, which puts SalesScreen's Scale tier out of reach.

Moving across

Run Blueprint alongside your existing SalesScreen board for one competition cycle and compare the scoring models. The fairness pass is usually the visible difference — most imported models rank on absolute output with no correction for territory spread.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best SalesScreen alternative?+

It depends on what pushed you to look. If it was the per-seat cost or the setup burden, Sales Gamification's flat team pricing and AI onboarding address both directly. If you specifically need SalesScreen's deepest capability — you want per-rep baseline analysis specifically and are happy to pay the add-on for it. — then staying is the right call.

How much does SalesScreen cost?+

The served HTML ships '$00 per user / month' placeholders; real figures arrive via JavaScript. The page's own schema markup and its script disagree by $5 on the middle tier. Published tiers run $15, $30, $45 per user per month. AI is billed separately at $5 per user per month. Verified 24 July 2026.

Does SalesScreen have a seat minimum?+

SalesScreen's published seat floor is 10 users on scale; 15 on pro. Sales Gamification has no seat minimum on any plan, because the price is per team rather than per seat.

How are these comparisons compiled?+

Every figure is read from the vendor's own published material on the date recorded, never from a third-party summary, and each entry links its source. Our own product is included and labelled throughout. The full method is published at https://salesgamification.io/methodology.
